Internet Requirement

Firstly you need to do regular speed checks, if you sign into your wifi and then go to www.speedtest.net and then download a free program called OOKLA this will give you a precise reading.

You are looking for the download speed, don't worry about the upload. 

If you have a consistent speed of at least 3mbs (5mbs if you opt for the gold or platinum package) we can guarantee our packages will not buffer or break-up. This is because we pride ourselves on being the only Internet TV provider on the Algarve to have a legal UK based server.  Our server pays taxes in the UK for the rights to distribute this service. We also offer a 7 day trial period whereby, you pay on the day of installation and then you have 7 days to try the system. If you are not happy for any reason we will come and take the equipment and give you a full refund. We have been in business in the Algarve for 20 years and we have a good reputation and we would like to keep it that way.

PLEASE NOTE: If your internet usage is limited please be aware that the Standard Definition channels will use around 0.4gbs of data per hour, the HD channels will use around 1gbs per hour.
